3-Thinking Programme

A total of 36 innovative leaders from the public, private and third sectors have embarked on our exciting new six-day programme.

Over a three-month period, the 3-Thinking Programme will enable participants to realise their personal potential, impact more significantly on their organisation and make a difference in the wider community. Through interactive workshops, peer coaching, external visits and expert speakers, individuals will create and deliver their own 3-Thinking Project with support from a diverse network of colleagues.
