Jane Howard is the HR Manager at Liverpool HAT, a housing-led regeneration agency. The organisation was set up by the Government in February 1993 to improve or redevelop the high-rise blocks across Liverpool within an estimated 12 years.
As the life span of the agency was nearing a close, Jane got in touch with the Windmills Team as she wanted effective outplacement training for her staff, that would allow them to look at that change in a positive light and maybe reassess more than just the job they were doing, but their life in general.
