" It has been a pleasure and a privilege to work with Pete Hawkins and his team. Over the last four years I have seen the WLPG concept grow into something very powerful which can help people put a better shape on their lives. Participants on our workshops have found the ideas in the package to be easy to use and very relevant to their situations. A values-based process such as WLPG helps us all to put the elements of our lives into proper proportion."

" I love the Windmills approach for two reasons
Firstly it's incredibly positive – it shares my view that we can all do far more than we imagine to take control of our careers and do something we feel passionate about for a living.
Secondly I admire its colourful exercises and lively approach which help users to learn how to think very differently about their options. "
