Helen manages the Windmills team and has been involved in the Windmills story throughout – from the initial creation of an overall vision to the research and creative design of the products and programmes. Helen's innovative product development and programme delivery has been enhanced by her commitment to the continuous improvement and assessment of Windmills.
She has experience in all aspects of the programmes and has worked closely to support the Windmills team and others both professionally and personally.Helen continues to benefit personally by using the Windmills process both in and outside work and is keen to encourage others to reach their potential through its use.
Sharon is a key member of the development team involved in writing and designing the Windmills approach to Working, Learning, Playing and Giving. She now enjoys looking for creative ways to deliver Windmills programmes in a workshop setting. A Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner, she is keen to apply the NLP approach and principles both on a one-to-one basis and in group sessions.
Sharon has built up a wealth of experience in running personal development programmes for women based on the Windmills principles and processes. Currently studying for the Certificate in Life Coaching, she is passionate about helping people achieve their potential and create the life they want for themselves.
Sally brings a pragmatic and down-to-earth approach to Windmills and is passionate about helping people make the most of life in and out of work.
Her main responsibilities are to design and deliver career and life management skills training and coaching. Along with business development duties, she is involved with the full range of Windmills programmes, products and services – particularly in relation to workforce development and outplacement as well as a new product focusing on faith. Sally has worked at GIEU for over nine years and is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, an accredited coach and an NLP practitioner.
Michelle joined the Windmills team in October 2004 and brings six years experience of working on employability issues in higher education. She believes passionately in helping people to focus on their career aims and her conviction that this should ideally happen at an early age has led to her involvement in developing Windmills for Schools.
As a qualified secondary school teacher, Michelle understands the dilemmas many 14-to-19-year-olds face when choosing their career paths and aims to help them resolve these issues by developing an innovative Windmills resource to help them to realise their potential. Michelle is also keenly committed to delivering training programmes and recently completed a MA in Personnel and Development to explore best practice.
Natalie's contribution to the Windmills team comes from her learning and development expertise gained in the financial services and utilities industry.
As an experienced consultant, facilitator and talented coach, she is wholehearted in her approach to valuing differences, developing others and evaluating the long– term impact of learning. Her role involves project management of specific Windmills programmes and actively building the sustainability of the Windmills brand by developing the various resources and securing further growth opportunities.
Ann has considerable experience of providing information, advice and guidance to unemployed and underemployed adults in the private and public sectors. Within Windmills, she chiefly works with graduates, Higher Education establishments and Advice and Guidance Partnerships.
Victoria works on a range of Windmills programmes but provides particular input on the graduate and organisation programmes. She is responsible for promoting Windmills to organisations and agencies nationally by long-term, designing, delivering and evaluating programmes across the country. Victoria has an MSc in Human Resource Development and is an NLP practitioner.
Susan's primary role in the team is communicating and promoting the benefits of its Windmills programmes and resources.
She ensures client needs feed into all new product development and maintains vital contact with client groups by facilitating group and one-to-one activities on Windmills programmes. She is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing with over 10 years experience in marketing roles.
Christine provides administration and secretarial support to the Windmills team. Having worked at GIEU since 1993, Christine has seen the growth and development of Windmills at first hand. Windmills has encouraged Christine to develop her own skills and she now holds a number of RSA and relevant IT qualifications as well as a NVQ level 3 in Customer Service.
