Windmills Creates Buzz in L&D Market

We were delighted to carry out some new work with one of our longstanding clients, NHS East Midlands Healthcare Workforce Deanery (EMHWD) this summer.

Windmills was asked to provide refresher training for some of EMHWD’s ‘champions’ who are graduates of our Champions Programme.

EMHWD works with doctors in training in the NHS to support them in making important and strategic decisions about their future career paths.

Our role also meant working with professionals outside of the UK as, in addition to working with EMHWD’s champions, we helped them to support a group of doctors based in Malta.
