As many of you will know Windmills holds a “Fresh ideas Day” each year which we tend to theme around a particular part of the Windmills portfolio e.g. STAR or a particular application e.g. talent management.
This year we are planning our ideas day around the issues of peer support/mentoring etc. How can individuals enlist the support of others to overcome obstacles, gain momentum and keep the process going?
The date is planned for 25th April and will be held close to our offices at Formby. Numbers are restricted but if you would like to be involved in this then please contact us outlining why this is of particular interest to you and we can talk through your ideas.
