How well does your work realise your true potential and maximise the skills you both love using and are very good at?
How passionate are you about your work? Are you working for a purpose or cause, in a place and with people with similar values who really motivate, excite and inspire you everyday?
Are you getting enough personal recognition and reward in areas important to you, whether financial or non financial, such as pay, work flexibility, career progression or simply being valued or recognised for your unique contribution?
How self reliant, self aware and self confident are you? Do you have the skills and confidence to take control of your life? Do you believe in your own capabilities?
How clearly do you know your values and true purpose in life?
How employable are you? Do you have, and are you actively developing the right mix of skills and experience to meet future labour market needs? Do you have skills you can "fall back" on if labour markets change.
How much quality time and commitment are you giving to yourself, your health, relaxation, fitness, emotions and overall personal well being?
Are you spending enough time and energy engaged in activities, hobbies and interests you really enjoy and are passionate about?
Are you receiving enough help, friendship, support, love and encouragement from your friends, partners, colleagues and within your social life?
Are you giving enough love, help, friendship, support and encouragement to your close partners and family?
Are you giving enough quality time and energy to your wider circle of friends? do you keep in regular touch? are you always there for them?
How much are you giving, whether time, money or resources to make a difference to the wider community, environment and world around you?

Remember that that are no rights and wrongs – it is just a snapshot of how you see your life at the moment. This pattern changes all the time so make sure you come back regularly and do the exercise again. If you're making a real effort to improve the quality of your life, you may be pleasantly surprised to see how much progress you're making.
