Welcome to the official No Regrets on Sunday webpage. This is where you will find information and additional resources to support and help you in finding out more about No Regrets on Sunday - helping you to look at your life in a totally different way.
No Regrets on Sunday is a 7 day plan to give you the confidence and skills to change whatever is holding you back in life, big or small. Everyday for a week you are invited to work your way through a new chapter and be challenged, inspired and motivated by the practical exercises they contain. Each Chapter is broken down into three short sections, Read, Think and Act, and will take you about an hour. By the end of the seven days you will have a clear idea of what you want and how to make it happen.
