This fantastic interactive site is designed to help you individuals: take a fresh look at their life; understand what is really important to them; picture the life they want to live and show them how they can achieve it to create a future that inspires them.
It allows users to work through a complete programme on-line, at their own pace and it encourages people to take action. If an individual thinks they are in the wrong job or career and needs help moving forward this website provides them with everything they need to do it.
The site can be used in various ways. Users can pick and mix various exercises for a range of areas that need strengthening or they can start working through all the exercises in a systematic way. Together the exercises add up to a complete programme that can help people understand the kind of life they really want and help them to achieve it.
This site is not just about getting a better job; it is about improving things in every way. It's about helping people to get what they want out of life but it also helps individuals to look at what they want to put back in too.
A number of organisations, under a licence agreement, have incorporated our windmills interactive site onto their intranet for staff and client groups to access. This option allows an organisation to rebrand the site with their own corporate identity and provide their employees/clients with an additional personal development resource that they can access at their own leisure.
