As the popularity and credibility of coaching continues to grow, more individuals and organisations are dismissing the suggestions that the process is just a fad.
Coaching considerably increases the transfer of learning by providing delegates with the opportunity to experience Windmills on a one to one basis, following a programme of delivery.
As with some of our other programmes, individuals within organisations have attended a programme of workshops and then opted to enhance that growth and development even further, by having a number of one to one coaching sessions. Other organisations have requested a programme which consists only of coaching sessions. Either way the benefits can be around heightened self awareness , self sustaining strategies for coping with key issues, taking control, bringing work to life, and responding positively to life's barriers – the
added advantage being that the sessions are focussed and tailored to a persons individual agenda.
Coaching involves a combination of observation, questioning, listening and feedback to help an individual move towards their desired goals
