In the longer term Windmills is interested in developing a programme and complementary materials to help women share the processes and principles of the Windmills Approach to Working Learning Playing and Giving (WLPG) with others – in particular their family.
This programme would recognise the impact on others of the changes women make and help them manage it more effectively for all concerned. The process would build on the ideals and principles of the WLPG approach to give them a wider impact.
It would also acknowledge women's vital role in enabling their families to succeed and contribute to the economy.
