The Windmills team has worked with a vast range of organisations to help develop their workforce. We design and deliver bespoke career and personal development programmes that will support employees at all levels. Our training allows individuals to explore options and create a clearer picture of where they are going at work.

The Windmills process enables people to be more proactive and add value to their organisation while meeting their personal needs and enhancing job satisfaction. Sessions also increase awareness of the need for a successful work/life balance as well as exploring ways of achieving this.

Many organisations have successfully used our programmes as part of their management development and in-house graduate schemes. A number have also offered Windmills as a general personal development programme for staff at all levels.
