Practitioners from a wide variety of organisations are now able to deliver Windmills programmes. Many of our clients choose to work with us via purchasing a Windmills Licence. A Licence allows professionals in the learning and development field to be trained and licensed, to deliver Windmills programmes and resources to their own employees and clients.
Initially the Windmills team train these individuals who support others in their career and life management to become ‘Windmills Champions’ and use the programmes and resources. The Champions are then able to adapt and deliver Windmills programmes according to their specific organisation and client group needs and timescales.
This cost effective option has allowed many organisations to increase internal capacity by allowing hundreds of individuals to deliver the internationally renowned Windmills programmes to their employees/clients whilst having the freedom to adapt the programme content and delivery methods to meet a vast range of specific organisational and employee requirements. This multiplier effect has ensured thousands of individuals are better equipped to manage their careers, personal development and lives more effectively. Within a number of licence agreements we have also provided one to one coaching for Champions to help them to develop their coaching capacity. Through a combination of observation, questioning and feedback these Champions are then equipped to provide one-to one support help people with their organisation to achieve their desired goals.
