windmills for schools

The Windmills team has extensive experience of working with adults requiring help to manage their careers and lives effectively.

It was quickly apparent however that people were at these crossroads due to lack of support and direction earlier in their lives. As a result the team is developing the innovative schools project – The STAR Programme – initially aimed at KS3 and 4 students, but with a view to extending the project to younger and older students.

The project is being supported by the NWDA Careers North West Project and piloting is currently taking place in schools across the North West. The programme and its resources will be available in April 2007.
