Experience has taught Windmills that different people have different focuses when they explore their working, learning, playing and giving.
This is particularly true of people who are moving into their Third Age – life after work, Windmills run a really successful programme for University of Liverpool staff about to embark on this exciting phase in their lives.
The programme takes a positive look at the changes that occur when employees move from employment into retirement and gives participants the confidence to look forward to a well-managed retirement.
