Windmills Blows Change around the World

We’ve always known how extremely versatile the Windmills portfolio can be – and now it seems our clients are starting to realise it as well.

Although there are some programmes which naturally lend themselves to different groups (e.g. No Regrets for those going through change, and Star for young people), one forward-thinking company is using Windmills to improve not just the potential of their employees, but also of their community.

In order to help its employees understand the importance of giving back, Ralph Topping, the Chief Executive of William Hill has arranged for Windmills to deliver an exciting Different Perspectives training day to its global managers across Europe and the UK.

Windmills Co-Director Peter Hawkins said: “We’ll be spending the day helping 50 thought leaders across the company to understand how they can use the diverse range of skills and expertise in William Hill to benefit the charities which they want to work with over the next few years.

“The uniqueness of our portfolio allows us to tailor our resources in a number of different ways but the common theme that runs throughout is that of ‘me, them and us’. This results in individuals understanding their full potential and giving more both in and outside of work.

“What William Hill is doing is proof that you really can use Windmills in a myriad of ways to help maximise employees’ potential. We’ll feed back the impact and legacy this has left in the next newsletter.”
