Anyone who delivers STAR will be trained to do so as part of the STAR Champions programme. Once an individual/school/organisation becomes a STAR Champion they will then be licensed to deliver it to young people.
The one-day programme takes Champions through STAR and looks at the best ways to deliver the resources in the particular context.
The Windmills team firmly believes that you should practice what you preach. STAR Champions therefore undertake the programme wearing two hats – both their own personal development hat and their professional hat.
Once STAR Champions understand what it's like to go through the programme themselves, they can deliver it to young people with real conviction.
