STAR Champions may not solely be teaching staff so STAR need not always be delivered in the school environment.
Numerous groups outside the mainstream curriculum may benefit from STAR, including:
- Sports clubs
- Girl Guides and Scouts
- Make Your Mark
- Young offenders programmes
- Volunteering programmes
- Youth clubs/groups
