STAR resources can only be purchased as part of a Windmills Partnership Licence Agreement. This involves individuals and/or organisations being trained to deliver STAR as part of the STAR Champions Programme. Once trained, they can then deliver STAR under a licence agreement. Each licence will be tailored to meet the needs of the particular STAR Champion.
