MONDAY 0-12 years
The beginning part of the week, our early years when the foundations of our lives are built. Influenced highly by those around us - our family, our friends, our teachers.

TUESDAY 13-24 years
Tuesday is a formative day in the week of our lives. We are in education at the beginning of it and maybe in work at the end. We transfer through a range of educational routes and begin to exercise choice over direction as we move into the world of work. Alongside this development we discover friendships, begin new relationships, move to new locations and begin to establish from this day the shape of the week ahead.

The middle of the week which for many represents the major investment of time we make in work. Increasingly this period of our lives is based in uncertain times, jobs for life have gone, technology continues to change the world of work and the need to maintain employability, create a portfolio approach to work, and play to particular strengths is vital.

SATURDAY/SUNDAY 61-84 years
The weekend of your life represents for many the beginning of one of the last transitions from fulltime work into part-time work or retirement. Again this is changing for many who will continue to work into their older years. Other aspects of life become more into focus with many exploring their playing and giving dimensions of their lives.
